Our Plastic cards can be made from a variety of materials and can vary in thickness from 10 Mil up to 30 Mil. In addition, we can manufacture these cards as Laminated or UV Coated depending on functional considerations and cost.

MCO has  9-12mil LASER X Poly cards and 9-12pt Tag Paper cards. These are affixed as clean release, which has them pull up a 1-2 mil Back Laminate when the card is removed, for extra durability. These products can be finished in Sheets, Continuous Fanfold, and in some cases Rolls.

MCO provides many other Specialty Products, including LAY FLAT cards, DUPLEX cards, Self Mailer Formats, Membership/Certificate Combo Formats, Union Cards.

MCO can produce Membership Cards and Carrier sheets digitally, then match affix, insert and mail. This really depends on the specifics of your project. Sometimes it makes more sense to pre-print sheet and/or card, and personalize later in batches….other times it makes more sense to create each file digitally “on the fly.” 

If you want LUGGAGE TAGS, BOOKMARKS, MEMBERSHIP CARDS, KEY FOBS (any shape), you can combine any or all of them onto these Value Added pieces!

MCO can produce HARD CARDS (like credit cards) or LASER/DIGITAL compatible cards for maximum flexibility when creating a Direct Mail piece.
