The most popular cards are between 20-30mil (most credit cards are 30mil).  They are either UV Varnished or Laminated, which can be determined by Variable Imaging and cost. Variable Imaging to  include Embossing, Thermal Imaging, or DOD Imaging. Ask for Details.

MCO also produces 10-20mil cards, which can then be imaged using DOD technology. On the lower side (10-13mil), there is crossover into the LASER COMPATIBLE options.

It is important to know the full scope of your project (i.e. know how they ultimately will be personalized or Match Affixed with Carrier Sheet, for instance)!

MCO will provide as much (or little) as needed. We will print cards and ship to client, Print and Image cards (and ship to client), or Print/Image and Mail the entire package.
